1. About Clinica
Clinica is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers in the UAE. We provide a directory, appointment booking, and communication tools. Clinica does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Healthcare providers must hold valid licenses issued by UAE regulatory authorities (DHA, DOH, or MOH) to register on the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Clinica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Healthcare Providers
Providers listed on Clinica are independent practitioners or organizations. Clinica verifies license information but does not guarantee the quality of care. Providers are solely responsible for the services they deliver and must comply with all applicable UAE healthcare regulations.
5. Appointments & Bookings
Bookings made through Clinica are agreements between the patient and the healthcare provider. Cancellation policies are set by individual providers. Clinica is not liable for missed appointments, delays, or disputes between patients and providers.
6. Content & Conduct
Users must not post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content. Clinica reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines. Provider-published content (Clinigram posts, offers) must comply with UAE advertising regulations for healthcare services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clinica is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to medical outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
Clinica may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
