An engineer by education and a seeker by soul, Jacky Vrendra began her journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a career in the corporate world. Yet, beneath the structure and success, she felt a quiet calling — a longing to understand life more deeply and to live with true purpose. Answering that call led her on an inner journey of transformation, which also led to the creation of Lyfe Simply.Jacky often says that her path from the corporate to the holistic world has been the shortest bridge — from left brain to right — yet the longest and most meaningful journey she has ever taken. Through her work, she now inspires others to weave wellbeing into everyday living, reminding each person that peace, balance, and wholeness are not destinations, but ways of being brought about by resolving the inner conflicts.
